Why can't I buy anything on your home site?
Currently, we are working on a collection for our home site that will include different finds from our eBay store. The items featured on our site are either for sale on our eBay store, or will be able to redirect you to similar items.
I am from China, will you ship to me?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
I'm from Canada, does free shipping apply to me?
No, you will need to pay based on location. Free shipping is only applicable to U.S. buyers.
Can you get my size in an item I want in your store?
This is possible. The best way to find out is to message us through eBay, and ask us to check our inventory for you. Sometimes we have more of the same items, but they just aren’t listed yet.
May I offer less money for an item I want than what it is listed at?
We can be lenient and make exceptions. If you are asking about an item that is not newly listed in our store, we are willing to negotiate a lower price. Please message us through eBay to give an offer.
I want to purchase multiple items. Do I still get free shipping?
If you are in the United States, yes!
Do you sell anything other than women's clothing?
Our main products are women’s clothing but we have a very small selection of men’s, children’s, and baby clothing, along with a very tiny selection of women’s accessories.
Can you notify me when something I'm looking for comes in?
Yes, in fact, we will personally notify you. Just let us know exactly what you’re looking for and we will keep your name and request in our magical files so we will remember to inform you first hand.
How do I return something I've bought from you?
We’re sorry it didn’t work out for you. All you need to do is go to the Returns tab on our home site and print out the Returns form. Fill it out to let us know if you would like to return, exchange, or take some other option. The form will also include an address to where you may send your item back.
I have some clothes that fit your store's style. Would I be able to sell them to you?
Yes, we are willing to hear offers. If you’re a business, please send us your website or store link along with an estimated price per piece. If you are an individual customer, give us information about your clothing (brands, quantity, overall condition), and we will get back to you with our price.
